10-Year Warranty
Effective from May 2023. Products carrying the YEARAN warranty logo are covered by this policy; all others follow national regulation or contract terms.
Poly Units
Base, top and ball closures. Ten year limited warranty against manufacturing defect — 100% for the first five years, then declining 20% per year for the remaining five.
Stainless Steel Units
Stainless trough and stainless valve chamber frame. Ten-year limited warranty plus ten years of corrosion coverage, at 100% for the entire 10-year period.
Component Parts
All component parts — floats, valves, heating elements, sensors and similar consumable parts. One year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defect, 100% coverage.
Warranty Coverage and Limitations
YEARAN's watering systems are designed and manufactured to provide years of reliable use when installed and operated consistent with YEARAN's instructions and recommendations. However, the potential for improper installation, modifications and misuse of the goods exists. Therefore, the limited warranty provided shall be as follows:
This limited warranty shall not apply to any appearance items, nor to any product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal service or handling, negligence, or accident, nor to any product installed and operated contrary to YEARAN's installation and operating instructions. The limited warranty shall also not apply to any product whose exterior has been damaged or otherwise defaced, that has been repaired, altered or modified by anyone other than YEARAN in a way that, in YEARAN's judgment, adversely affects the product's operation, performance, durability or intended use — nor to any product where removal of parts, modification(s) or the use of parts or accessories not manufactured or approved by YEARAN has caused damage.
All warranty claims must be processed through an authorised dealer or distributor, with proof of purchase required. YEARAN warrants its products to be free from defective materials and workmanship; defective parts will be repaired or replaced at YEARAN's option. This warranty excludes all labour and shipping costs.

Locate your proof of purchase
Invoice, order number or distributor receipt — must show the original purchase date.

Clear photos of the issue, the model label and the installation context help us resolve faster.
Repair or replacement at our option
Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at YEARAN's option. Labour and shipping are not covered.
Not covered
Labour and shipping costs, cosmetic items, externally damaged or incorrectly installed products, misuse or abnormal use, and any product modified or repaired with non-manufacturer parts. The warranty is transferable and runs from the original purchase date.
