Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and what choices you have. It applies to vinswater.com in all language versions.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: when you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, subject and message. It is delivered to our team by email and stored on our server so that we can reply.
Information collected automatically: with analytics enabled (see section 2) we record pages viewed, referring site, approximate location at country or region level, and device and browser type.
We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
2. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LB9BK5W89Z), Microsoft Clarity (project ID yfmm12ddjk) and Yandex Metrica (counter ID 112439189) to understand how visitors find and use the site. IP addresses are anonymised in Google Analytics; Yandex Metrica is configured with session replay (Webvisor) disabled.
Analytics are enabled by default. You may opt out at any time using the “Opt out” button in the cookie notice, or via the gear icon at the bottom-left of any page. Opting out stops these scripts and removes the cookies already set.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect any other function of this website.
3. How we use your information
To answer enquiries and prepare quotations; to improve the content and usability of this website; and to keep internal records of business correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share your information only with: our own staff who handle your enquiry; our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), which delivers and stores our mail; and Google, Microsoft and Yandex as analytics processors. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, typically up to three years after the last contact. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of Google Analytics 4 (currently 14 months), Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR; if you are a California resident, under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of them, email us — we respond within 30 days.
7. Data security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised personnel. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
